I am happy to report that after several weeks of whirlwind non stop activity, Zoe and I are enjoying a lazy morning at home. She is having a blast stocking and restocking her easel, and I have never seen someone take more pleasure in safety scissors.
I got to go post-Christmas shopping last night with my sister in law. We had an absolute blast. I bought some really amazing earrings, necklaces and stuff with gift cards that I could never rationalize buying myself!
Christopher called me this morning to let me know that Barnes & Noble is having a huge sale - I am taking this as permission to go do some more shopping in a little while!
