Happy Halloween everyone! We had a blast tonight handing out candy and even doing a little trick or treating. Zoe dumped handfuls of candy into everyone's bags and got insane on sugar and had an amazing time. She insisted on wearing a witch's outfit and flitted here and there on a broom! It was awesome. The sad part of the night was missing Chris, but I took enough pictures to make sure he felt like he was there.
The other highlight of the evening was my friend Carol showing up with a Pope's hat. I will post pictures as soon as I can make my camera upload them!
Hope everyone is enjoying their sugar coma. The rest of our weekend should be relatively packed. I am doing baby-sitting sharing with our friends Tracie and Paul tomorrow and then I am volunteering to get the vote out on Sunday and again on Tuesday! Please everyone, whomever you vote for, please do it! A lot of us have people we love fighting in places all around the world to make sure we keep that right. (I know I am mushy, but with Chris gone, I get misty eyed everytime I hear the National Anthem!)
